Dinan Carbon Intake System for BMW M240i/M340i/M440i G2x/G42. Dinan inlet system for M240i/M340i/M440i models improves the performance and appearance of the standard inlet system. Instead of a dry and quiet air chest with panel filter, Dinan offers a semi-opened intake box, flowing by 58% more air. This gives us additional power in the upper ranges and a better throttle response. Air intakes also provide a better sound turbocharger and BOV valve. The box was designed to maximise the space in the engine chamber and the additional air intake provides an additional volume without increasing the temperature of the turbo compressor inlet.
