Terms & Conditions

These terms are a template and should be reviewed by a lawyer and completed with the company registration data before going live.

§1. General provisions

The online shop is operated by KURO, based in Kraków (the „Seller”). These Terms set out the rules for using the shop, placing orders and quote requests, concluding sales contracts, and the rights and obligations of the parties. A customer may be a natural person, a legal person or an organisational unit.

§2. Products and prices

Prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN). Some products (incl. individual packages) are marked „Send a request / individual quote” — their price is set individually in response to the customer’s request. Product information does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code but an invitation to conclude a contract.

§3. Placing orders and requests

An order or quote request can be placed via the shop form, by phone or by e-mail. After a request is submitted, the Seller contacts the customer to confirm availability, price and lead time. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.

§4. Payments

Available payment methods are agreed individually and may include bank transfer, online payment and payment on collection. For products ordered or made to order, the Seller may require a deposit.

§5. Delivery and fulfilment

The lead time depends on product availability and is confirmed with the customer each time. Personal collection is possible at the KURO locations in Kraków (ul. Chodowieckiego 3 and ul. Christo Botewa 6A).

§6. Right of withdrawal

A consumer who concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act. The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to products made to the customer’s specification or clearly personalised.

§7. Complaints and warranty

The Seller is liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under generally applicable law. Complaints may be submitted in writing or by e-mail. The Seller considers a complaint within 14 days.

§8. Personal data (GDPR)

The controller of personal data is the Seller. Data is processed to fulfil orders and handle requests, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The customer has the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of their data.

§9. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms; amendments do not affect customers’ acquired rights.
