(Intercoolers with intake system) The high-performance charging air coolers have the following network dimensions (2 x [320 mm x 238 mm x 110 mm] = 16.755 l) so they provide 40% higher volume of charge air compared to the original charge air cooler. COMPETITION high performance network offers very good cooling properties. Intercooler's weight is 2x 5.3kg. This unique set of intercoolers consists of intercoolers with free end boxes made from aluminium casting, developed in CAD, for the best possible internal air flow and pressure resistance up to 6 bar (tested). A suitable carbon air duct for optimal flow to the charge air cooler. Also additional silicone hoses with enlarged section. In addition, all intercoolers from Wagner Tuning have an anticorrosive coating with thermal conductivity properties. All this guarantees optimal cooling with significant productivity growth.
