Competition Package Wagner Tuning BMW M135i/M235i F2x

The Competition package for BMW M2/M3/M4 F8x consists of an intercooler set and a Downpipe tube set with a sports catalyst 300 CPI. The high-performance intercooler has 510 mm x 345 mm x 180 mm (23.56 l) core dimensions, offering 165% higher inflow area, as well as 223% higher volume of charge air compared to the original intercooler. The high-performance, high-performance grid is a high quality tubular fin with internal turbulence. Despite its size, the total weight of the intercooler is only 13.8kg. Intercooler final boxes are made of aluminium casting and are optimised with flow analyses in the CFD system. The EVO3 intercooler kit was developed directly for high tuning levels in BMW M135i and M235i. Original latch connections have been eliminated, and connection diameters on the inlet to Ø65mm and on the outlet to Ø76mm have been eliminated. The set therefore includes two reinforced silicone hoses and an aluminum charging air tube with a diameter of Ø76mm. The result is excellent cooling properties at the lowest possible counterpressure. All WAGNER TUNING intercoolers have an anticorrosive coating with thermal conductivity properties. This ensures sustainable and optimal cooling with significant efficiency gains. Completely ready for installation set, including modified lateral beams, can simply be replaced with standard parts - due to extreme sizes small modifications to the radiator bracket are necessary.
