The high-performance intercooler to Nissan GT-R 35 has the following network dimensions 2x (360mm x 294mm x 110mm) = 23.3L and thus offer 76% higher inflow area and 94% more charge air volume compared to the original intercoolers. The total weight of two intercoolers is 2x 9.1 kg. The intercooler final boxes are made of aluminium casting and have been optimised using flow analyses in the CFD system. The diameters of the inlet and outlet connections have been extended to Ø70mm. Therefore, the set contains two reinforced silicone tubes. The result is excellent cooling properties at the lowest possible counterpressure. In addition, the intercooler set includes an appropriate carbon air duct to ensure optimal flow of the intercooler. High performance intercoolers have proven pressure resistance to 6 bar. That is why this set is suitable for racing. In addition, all WAGNER TUNING intercoolers have an anticorrosive coating with thermal conductivity properties.
