Performance Package for Porsche 911 (996) Turbo

The intercooler set is the highest quality performance package, which offers increased airflow and a significant reduction in inlet temperature. This will make your engine more powerful and more efficient. The kit is available at an attractive price package and includes our charging air cooler, high flow Y pipe, as well as all necessary hoses and mounting accessories.

Benefits of the kit:

Lower inlet air temperature: Our intercooler set provides a 41°C drop in air temperature (from 66°F to 25°C) under the same test conditions. This gives the engine cooler air, which translates into better performance and more power. See diagram below.

Increased air flow and lower back pressure: The use of our kit allows to increase air flow by 14% with a pressure drop of 0.1 bar / 1.45 psi (572 CFM compared to 501 CFM in standard solution). This means better charging and more engine power. See diagram below.

High quality Bar&Plate cells: We used Bar& cores;Plate from the renowned Garrett company, specializing in solutions for motorsports. This gives you the highest quality and performance.

3D casting tanks: Our end tanks are custom-shaped, designed for optimal airflow and system life.

Carbon fibre air slides: Specially designed carbon fibre air slides improve air flow, which additionally supports cooling and increases engine performance.

Reduced pressure drop: The use of our set ensures a reduction of flow resistance, allowing for better engine dynamics. See diagram below.

Y-type pipe: The Y-type pipe is made of aluminium tubes bent on a pin with a diameter of 63 mm, which provides optimal air flow and durability.

Elegant part of the collector: The Y triangle is made of cast part of the collector, allowing for smoother air flow, reducing back pressure and improving overall system performance.

High quality silicone hoses: The set includes silicone hoses resistant to high temperatures and pressure, which ensures reliability and longevity of the cooling system.
