Set to88 Intercooler BigPack Porsche 911 Turbo (997.1)

Complete charging air cooling solution for Porsche 997.1 Turbo

The charging air cooling set is ideal for Porsche 997.1 Turbo owners who want to increase the performance of their vehicle. The set available in the package price includes motorsport intercooler class and high-flow Y-tall, as well as all hoses and mounting accessories. In addition, to further improve the flow of air into the engine, you can buy inlet channels that set new standards in this category.

Benefits of the kit:

The MERA intercooler set and the Y-tional are unique products that offer a significant reduction in inlet temperature, lower anti-pressure throughout the system, and better airflow, allowing for more power and better engine response.

Set specification:

Lower air temperature at inlet: Air temperature drops by 18°C (32.4 F) compared to standard solutions (from 55°C/131°F to 37°C/98.6°F). This gives the engine cooler air, which translates into better performance. See diagram below.

Greater airflow: The set provides 37% higher airflow at a pressure drop of 0.175 bar / 2.54 psi (771 CFM versus 564 CFM in the original solution). This means better charging and higher engine power. See diagram below.

Top-quality Bar&High Density Plate cores: The high-quality intercooler cores produced by Garrett, designed for motorsports, guarantee excellent cooling efficiency and reliability.

3D casting final tanks: Precisely designed to ensure optimal airflow and system durability.

Carbon fibre air slides: They provide better airflow, which additionally supports cooling and efficiency.

Type-Y pipe with a diameter of 2,75" (70 mm): Made of aluminium tubes bent on the pin, which ensures high durability and optimal air flow.

Cast Y-taws: Smoothly flowing Y-taws made from cast part of the collector, which reduces air resistance and improves the efficiency of the charging system.

High quality silicone hoses: The set includes silicone hoses resistant to high temperature and pressure, which ensures system reliability for a long time.
