Competition package for Mercedes Benz E63 (S) AMG The E63 (S) models equipped with the 4.0L V8 biturbo engine from AMG are equipped with an intermediate air cooling circuit. The rechargeable air cooling process is therefore not (as usual) carried out with ambient air as a cooling agent, but is carried out by means of a separate cooling water cycle. The reduction in cooling water temperature should therefore also be directly identified with better cooling capacity of the charge air. This is where the advantages of the improved WAGNERTUNG water cooler appear. The newly developed racing networks of high-performance water cooler WAGNERTUNG increase the volume of the series water radiator by a total of 100%. The applied ratio of the internal and external cooling surface provides the maximum heat transfer, while allowing adjacent elements (e.g. the engine water radiator behind it) to have sufficient air flow to exchange heat.
