As a result of testing different exhaust configurations, we have combined 3 manufacturers into optimal exhaust configuration. This gave us the perfect sound of the M-Performance exhaust for the three-litre S58. The sound is not too metallic, but also not too artificially bass. Definitely more racial than serial, but not tiring. The volume of exhaust on closed throttles is very comfortable, and after opening the exhaust throttles sounds racially and aggressively like on M-Power. No mistakes, no drone, no nails, no warranty! In the front section, we used GPF-Bypass from Capristo, with sports catalysts 200cpsi, which replaces factory GPF/OPF filters. The component is designed so that the exhaust flow is the same as in the factory section, so pressure differential sensors read the factory values. This results in no errors in the engine driver, without the need for additional modules and/or chiptuning. We then installed the H-pipe from Daehler, the site of the factory central silencer. This element improves the sound of exhaust at low and medium speeds. The final section is Milltek's silencer. Apart from the construction of a properly modulating sound, the silencer is much smaller than the factory, so it does not "hang" so visually under the car. The silencer is finished with 4 115mm diameter tips that properly fill large holes in the factory diffusion. We optionally offer carbon diffusers in several designs to choose from. The silencer is compatible with the onboard computer-controlled throttle system. In addition, the silencer has EC road approval;) We optionally offer the throttle control module, allowing you to fully open/close the throttles independently of the chosen driving mode. In addition, all users of modern BMW M-Power cars are suggested to disable the subduing of exhaust sound by internal speakers in the car (ASD - Active Sound Design). The BMW M is supposed to sound from the exhaust, not from the speakers!
