Eventuri Carbon intake system for BMW M5 G90 / G99

Eventuri intake system for BMW G90/G99 M5, designed for maximum performance, optimised airflow and minimal heat impact from the engine chamber. It is a fully closed system with double inlets that reduces pressure drops and provides cool air to turbochargers from two independent sources.

Includes: 2× Venturi carbon fibre housing with built-in channels, 2× carbon intake channels with dual air supply, 2× High-Flow filters, 2× aluminium inlet flanges, CNC milling mounting elements and stainless steel brackets, and silicone connectors and bands in the OEM specification.

The heart of the system is the patented Venturi housings with seamlessly narrowing geometry (Venturi's effect) that accelerate flow while maintaining laminar conditions — lower resistance and lower load of turbo valves, and consequently better response to gas and more dynamic acceleration. Where pipes pass through the chalices, the channel section is 31% higher than the series (airbox serial 6487 mm2 → Eventuri 8497 mm2) — more air and less restrictions for turbines.

The system uses two sources of cold air: factory inlet at the bumper and headlights and additional inlet at the edges of the mask (low pressure, lower temperature). The pressure in the system is therefore more stable, and the turbo sound is better heard in the cab. Independent MSL Performance tests showed a steady increase in power throughout the range of rotations relative to the serial airbox (despite higher temperature in the chamber during the Eventuri measurements) — turbines build up faster to charge at a lower load of wastegates. On the road: faster gas response and better acceleration until cut off.
